Taiyamo Denku and Conway The Machine "Be Who You Are"

Taiyamo Denku and Conway The Machine are all about being real and saying no to corny gimmicks. They share what that mindset is made up of over a soulfully charged Dcypha instrumental.

Taiyamo Denku is prepping the release of his forthcoming album, “No Industry Standard”, that features guest such as Lil Kim, Chino XL, KRS One and many more. For the lead off single, the Milwaukee Monsta teams up with Griselda Records front runner Conway The Machine for the eye opening “Be Who You Are”. Aimed to wake up listeners mentally, the two emcees drive an important message to the masses’ ear lobes. That memorandum is to “Be Who You Are”, nothing more or less.

Conway kicks the record off by detailing felonious tactics and imagery of true life living from within the streets. The lifestyle found in the lyricism is something the shooting survivor has a first person account of fully “Drive by spraying hecklers / the game’s mine now, go relay the message / I give the word, youngins on your block making messes / I got the call it was finished before I ate my breakfast”

Denku approaches his verse from an introspective outlook. He speaks about painkillers, misguided rappers and the starving artist’s plight to achieving success in the industry. His mixes these subjects with his rhyme battle background for some sick wordplay. “Won’t change my tone, I was born in the shade / I’m bout to do what I love, not just getting paid / Every record gets slayed, the dragon needs taming / depart the dirty truth or I’m telling Matt Damon”

Overall, “Be Who You Are” combines all the proven elements of a true Hip Hop song; truthful lyrics, concentrated energy and a rugged beat. Check it out above and stay tuned for more releases from “No Industry Standard”. The visual for the Beatnuts produced “Stand Back” will premiere later this month. Following that, Taiyamo will be debuting the “Fabulous Life” single alongside the Queen Bee, Lil Kim.

@TaiyamoDenku Ft @knowshun - "CannonHands" Produced By @dcypha (Audio)

In a time where the art form of emceeing and battling seems to be slipping away, artists such as Taiyamo Denku & Knowshun emerge from the ashes, torch in hand, to carry on the tradition of true Hip Hop. Treating the microphone as if it were a firearm, the pair hop onto a sinister Dcypha production titled "CannonHands". Drawing inspiration from their prior battle circuit days; Denku, Cypha and Knowshun perform as if their very lives were on the line.

Cypha Den Music, a label started by Taiyamo Denku and Dcypha, has been on a barrage of nonstop releases in 2016. In late July they launched "Gutter Noise", a crew record featuring newly inked members, L. Majestic and Rambunxious. Then in mid-September, fans were treated to a visual portrayal of "Life Like This" featuring CDM artist Urban Legend and Mobb Deep affiliate, Big Twins.

"CannonHands" is available to stream via Soundcloud. It is also available for free download for all Hip Hop fans, see below.

  Taiyamo Denku is also currently performing at a venue near you in the Midwest region. Then, he sets out with fellow Cypha Den Music member Rambunxious for their "It's Our Time" tour. Both performance list flyers are provided below.

(New Video)-@TaiyamoDenku "I'm Here To Stay" Directed By @FamousMF414

Taiyamo Denku muscles his mission statement across to all emcees, young and old, in the Famous Motion Film's directed "I'm Here To Stay" video. All rhymes and no gimmicks best describes Denku's approach here, with New Jersey beat miner Nick Wiz presenting an epic instrumental that loudly screams out real Hip Hop in a strong nineties fashion. In the video, Taiyamo does what he does best, busting ill verbs and getting you to feel his subject content while DJ RichardGriecoSuave finishes the track with precision cut scratches. Say what you like but one thing's for sure; with releases like this, the Milwaukee lyricist is definitely here to stay for a long time to come.

"I'm Here To Stay" can be on Taiyamo Denku's "If I Did An Album With Nick Wiz" album, featured below.

(New Album)-@TaiyamoDenku "If I Did An Album With Nick Wiz" Prod By @Whoisnickwiz

Taiyamo Denku links together with New Jersey producer Nick Wiz for the hard hitting, head nodding, "If I Did An Album With Nick Wiz". Containing ten tracks of brolic beats and precision sharp lyricism, the Milwaukee emcee sets precedence among a land of watered down artists, breathing new life into the dying art form in which we call real Hip Hop. All beats on the EP are featured on Nick Wiz' "Unreleased 90's Hip Hop Instrumentals" project (click here), which was the initial inspiration behind the creation of IIDAAWNW. The album can be streamed below as well as purchased for $5 from the attached Bandcamp player.

(New Music)-@TaiyamoDenku Ft The Genius "SOS" Prod By @Whoisnickwiz

In strong preparation for next month's release of "If I Did An Album With Nick Wiz", Wisconsin lyricist Taiyamo Denku makes the Milwaukee-Boston connection alongside The Genius for the EP's second single, "SOS". Best known for his hardcore bar delivery and awesomely awkward cadence, "SOS" finds a more meditated Denku, as he bases his verses around The Genius' hook. Nick Wiz does his thing on the production end as he did on the previous single, "I'm Here To Stay". The song is available for streaming below and the EP is now available as a pre-order, with the ability to download the two singles right away. Put some real Hip Hop into your life today.

(New Music)-@TaiyamoDenku "I'm Here To Stay" Produced By @whoisnickwiz

CyphaDenMusic's Taiyamo Denku is back with his debut single, "I'm Here To Stay", from the upcoming EP, "If I Did An Album With Nick Wiz". Those that are not keen to Denku's discography, he has a long line of songs with features from the likes of Jadakiss, Lil Kim, Freeway, KRS ONE, Kool G Rap and the list continues. However with this particular project, we get a more personal Taiyamo as found on this release. For those of us that grew up during the nineties era of Hip Hop, you'll be pleased that the Milwaukee emcee offers material that sounds straight out of a time capsule.

With Nick Wiz manning the production angles, we are presented with an instrumental that gives listeners a chill while doubling as a survivor's anthem. With the current state of Hip Hop, Denku offers hope and provides a record that many of those that grew up in that particular era can closely relate to. DJ RichardGriecoSuave goes all in at the tail end on this debut release from the CyphaDenMusic imprint in 2016. A perfect example of why we need emcees like him to keep providing us with solid material. Stream and purchase "I'm Here to Stay" below.

(New Audio)-@TaiyamoDenku Ft @JuxxDiamondz & @coryDOTCONpark "My World" Prod By @dcypha

Midwest lyricist Taiyamo Denku hits the CyphaDenMusic vaults alongside the producer from down under, Dcypha, for the hard hitting "My World". The dynamic duo also align guest verses from Madison's Dot Con who sets things off strong from the start. Then Denku delivers the intricate wordplay he's been known to supply. Lastly, Brooklyn's Juxx Diamondz sprinkles that gritty New York sound that completes the release. Dcypha comes correct with the production here with crispy drum selections, low and high octave synths and distorted piano chords to seal the deal. Another note to mention is the chorus, where we find Tiayamo displaying a melodically sung hook with adlibs. Free to download and stream, check out "My World" below.

(New Audio)-@TaiyamoDenku "TAKEOVERDRIVE"

Wisconsin barbarian Taiyamo Denku takes a time out from working on material with CyphaDenMusic's Dcypha and switches gears over to his Hecatomb crew affiliates for the explosive "TAKEOVERDRIVE". This follows up his last single, the Jadakiss featured, "Life Like This". Crew member Imaginary Friend (aka Murderface) handles the production of this release, flipping chops from one of The Doors classic cuts, "Five To One". This is the same song sampled on Jay-Z's "Takeover" record but on steroids. Catch the cover art where the semi truck from the movie "Maximum Overdrive" was featured.

 As usually, Denku delivers masterful wordplay speaking on subjects such as the current state of softness in Hip Hop and the dumbing down of content. Let Taiyamo Denku and Imaginary Friend take you on a ride in overdrive on "TAKEOVERDRIVE", which is again available as a free download for Hip Hop fans below.

(New Audio)-@TaiyamoDenku Ft @therealkiss "Life Like This" Prod By @dcypha

@Taiyam0Denku-@therealkiss-Life-Like-This-@dcypha

Milwaukee bar arsonist Taiyamo Denku and Australian producer partner Dcypha have a long line of solid releases. The duo also put together serious guest features from fellow lyricists such as Kool G Rap, Reks, Rass Kass, Vinnie Pazz and the list goes on. Now, the Cypha Den Music imprint gets an assist from LOX frontman Jadakiss for their latest single, "Life Like This". The song offers two different mindsets, with Denku going in on half way thugs and Kiss giving a first person account of life in the streets. Overall, both points lead up to the message in the chorus; living a "Life Like This" must stop and change must follow. The single is also available for free download from the attached Soundcloud player.
