After a two-year hiatus, the series has returned, with a higher focus on quality and in this second episode we feature Bizzy Crook, who is gearing up to release his new project, "A Part of Everything" this September. Brutus in the Booth is a freestyle series that highlights artists in the upper echelon of lyricism and artistry as a whole.

Lazaro Camejo (born December 27, 1991), better known by his stage name Bizzy Crook, is an American rapper from Miami, Florida. While still attending high school, he signed his first record deal with Mona Scott. Eventually parting ways with the label, Bizzy Crook has been releasing new music as an independent artist, which has led him to be on tour with the likes of Kid Ink and Wale. After recently being part of the Tidal (service) Discovery panel, Bizzy performed during the 2015 Made in America event headlined by BeyonceThe WeekndJ. Cole and more. Most known for his mixtapes ’84 and No Hard Feelings, his next project titled “A Part of Everything” is scheduled to release in 2016.

@VarsityFelix x @BizzyCrook "Get Familiar" (Video)

Varsity Felix proves his songwriting skills, on his new single "Get Familiar." This laid back record and video features Miami rapper, Bizzy Crook, who together with Varsity, both deliver two solid verses, which compliment the spaced out vocals of the chorus, perfectly.

For those unfamiliar, Varsity Felix AKA Vars, is an emerging hip-hop artist, producer, and song writer born in Queens, New York and raised throughout the major cities of the United States (predominantly Atlanta and Miami). Residing in Miami now 23 year-old Vars is known for his versatility, at times he comes with an Auto-Tuned half-sung/half-rapped vocal style, and other times he'll take a more freestyle/no-auto-tune approach with still blending the lines of great music. Varsity Felix has also written for a lot of major artist but decides to stay quiet about that topic. Don't sleep, he shows strong promise and a bright future in this music game.
