Founded in 2011 by GiGi Thomas, who was later joined by Shadana Williams, the monster duo wanted to help inspire others to pursue what they truly desire, by exercising persistence and perseverance. Each team member shows unwavering drive and determination, seizing every opportunity while holding strong to the phrase "Time is Money", which is the name of their first mixtape. The album displays the diverse style of the group as they crossover the Hip Hop, Pop and R&B genres.
