[NEW SINGLE] - .@ShaunWiah - "Harry Giles" - Winston Salem, NC

Harry Giles goes to Duke University

In his latest single, Shaun Wiah mirrors his journey to rap success, to that of high school basketball phenom and recent Duke recruit, Harry Giles. The two are both from Winston-Salem, NC and strive for excellence in their crafts. The end goal for these two young men is to put on for their city. Although Shaun has been known for singing on his last two fast rising hits (Jhene Aiko and U.N.C.), Shaun comes with straight bars on this single that has already began to heat up the internet. Harry Giles approves of his new theme song.

Shaun was the last born to his single mother of three in Philadelphia, PA. His mother moved Shaun and his two older siblings to Winston Salem, NC for a new way of life. He performed his first rhyme at a Winston-Salem State University basketball game during half-time at the age of 9. After many mixtapes, collaborations, singles, and attempts to launch his career, Shaun began to piece together records that vividly reflected on his day to day life in 2012. In the Spring 2014, Shaun managed to gently tap into his life’s story and vent his random thoughts on his project he entitled "Neveruary: It Shoulda Been the Album." Shortly after being released, the 21 year old hip hop artist and his mixtape quickly began to build a buzz around North Carolina, grabbing the attention of a few big names in the music industry, including Super Producer Craig Love. With clever lines, lyrically depth flows, and shocking singing ability, he is sure to be an unforgettable artist. Shaun Wiah is soon to become one of the biggest names in the game.
