Has It ever seemed like you were running away from your problems through means that were bound to make things worse? Austin, Texas native, K.J. Hines has had many ups and downs on his journey that have shaped him into the progressive-minded individual he has become. Being an avid artist, K.J. sought to express this issue and shed light on what to do so others would have a formula to follow. So he teamed up with his friend and singer, Ben Cina, and wrote the record "Run" for anyone who is going through the same issues. The video was directed by Austin based directors, ICLASS.
There is a twist to the plot of the video that you will have to watch through to the end to understand. When asked about the message behind the record and video, K.J. responded by stating, "It encourages you to run, run, run away from your problems, because when you run it releases endorphins in your brain which suppress pain. This is a scientific fact. So my message to anyone out there going through some shit in life is to run as fast as you can and as hard as you can." Peace be with you - Zen
