Quon gets Texas Trill in New "Hunnid Miles and Running" Video

If you've never visited the quaint town of Amarillo, Texas, you'll get a glimpse of it from this video "Hunnid Miles N Runnin." The emerging emcee, Quon, takes us through the city's noted hood spots, with a dope soundtrack. 

The single was produced by Amir Perry, who's worked with Rick Ross, G-Unit, and more. Quon's lyrical delivery compliments the uptempo, trap-like, production. Making a viral buzz, the video was released a few weeks back locally, and now Quon is promoting it online introducing himself to new fans.

Izzy Strange (@ishestrange) Ft Blu - "At Home" (Video)

Pennsylvania emcee Izzy Strange hit the ground running in 2017. Not only did he debut his anticipated sophomore album, "A Good Day 2 B The Bad Guy", he also achieved some heavy features alongside Mick Jenkins, Open Mike Eagle, Eligh and Blu. With a multitude of singles and videos under his belt, he found himself heading over to the west coast to meet up with Blu to film an official video for their collab track, "At Home". With Venice Beach playing the location set, Izzy and Blu dive head first into the mic delivering impressive wordplay. In the chorus, Strange makes sure to point out that if you weren't familiar to his discography, you most certainly will be soon. Blu also co-signs the BCB founder and provides quite the guest feature.

Blu and Exile also recently debuted "In The Beginning: Before The Heavens", a project consisting of previously unreleased recordings from the "Below The Heavens" era. Aside from promoting AGD2BTBG, Izzy is in the process of setting up shows again while recording a new EP titled "The Strange Crow" and his full length follow up album, "The Die Is Cast". Portland's @Ahnom_ Drops The Deep New Album "Chamomile"

Portland hip-hop artist Ahnom drops off the very dope and personal album titled, Chamomile featuring guest production from Steez, DJ Flip Flop, Lawz Spoken, TROX, Breezewax, and ValentineBeats. An album about "letting go of emotional baggage and making room for the things that make you happy," Ahnom is donating all proceeds from Chamomile to p:ear - a nonprofit organization located in Portland, Oregon that focuses on mentoring youth. 

16 tracks deep, Chamomile is packed with personal revelations and stories of a young man looking back on his most formative years and important decisions that led to his present-day status. Filled with smooth production and introspective themes, Ahnom captures a nostalgic vibe naturally through his detailed lyrics and honest approach to songwriting.

Young RJ Drops Video for “Motion” ft Joyner Lucas & Statik Selektah

Continuing with his well-received solo project, ‪Detroit emcee, and producer, Young RJ, releases his new video for his hit, “Motion.” Young RJ enlists some A-level features to assist in bringing this mid-tempo, yet melodic banger to life. RJ grabbed NYC's Joyner Lucas and DJ Statik Selektah and together they created a track under the production skills of RJ and the late Jay Dee aka J Dilla. The additional vocals heard on the hook is completed by Big Sean's right hand Earlly Mac and newcomer Drey Skonie. You can hear all the undertones of what each artist brings to the table, once you press play.

The video was shot in Detroit, after a Joyner Lucas show, close to the staple venue, El Bar. The director, Diego, put black and white visuals together that tells an abstract story, that can be taken, different ways, by different viewers. Everyone showed up to the shoot. In addition to Young RJ, Joyner Lucas, and Earlly Mac starring in the video. look for cameo appearances from Supakaine, an indie artist emerging from Detroit.

Tone Chop x Frost Gamble "Bing Stories" [Video]

NY State rapper Tone Chop & producer Frost Gamble released their album "Respect Is Earned Not Given" on September 29th through Miami label 22 Entertainment.

Featuring Kool G Rap, Planet Asia, rap battler DNA, Tragedy Khadafi, Bigga Haitian, White Rhino and DJ Waxamillion, it is available in physical CD and digital formats from stores worldwide.

They have today launched the new video for the album track "Bing Stories". Animated by Dion Johnson, it storyboards the poignant true-life tale portrayed by the Binghamton lyricist creatively mixing two themes under one narrative.

Menace feat. Trinidad Jame$ & King Chip - "Kyrie"

This is Menace's first project which he is working on and wants a cool record that he had complete control over from the lyrics to the beat. This record came to life while in the studio in L.A with Trinidad Jame$. Menace was playing some beats and when this one came on, Jame$ told him to load it up, he said: "This is the one". It was around NBA playoffs and the Cavs were playing the Warriors on the big screen in the studio and Kyrie did a crazy move and Trinidad got the hook from it. Saying "I feel like I'm Kyrie you can't check me". So Menace just sat on the record for a while and two weeks ago he turned on Sports Center and Kyrie is the talk of the town with his trade to the Celtics. 

So it was only right he releases the record now with all this Kyrie hype. Menace is currently working on some records with Nines who is one of U.K's biggest artists. He cut a record with Dave East but it didn't make his last album so he might release it on this project too. Menace has been working closely with a lot of songwriters this quarter to try and place bigger records. He has a lot in store for the remainder of the year and let's not forget Panda still breaking records.
